Anything could be charged if you are hiring someone to do something for you. That being the case, make sure you are aware of what you will be charged for the different services being rendered. Some companies add on a markup to maintenance repairs, lease renewal fees, eviction fees, just to name a few. Make sure you find out what they all are and budge accordingly.
